Our Portfolio is currently made up of Australia's most prized red wine grape varieties, designed to showcase the adventurous and complex flavours of Australia's world-class wines.

Shiraz
Shiraz is one of Australia most well known and widely planted wine grape varieties, represented in nearly every wine region.
Shiraz prefers moderate to warmer climates.
Shiraz produces medium to full-bodied wines with varying flavour profiles and structure which are shaped by the region, climate and winemaking techniques applied.

Cabernet Savignon
Cabernet Sauvignon is the most popular grape variety planted across the globe. It accounts for 15% of Australia's national crush varieties.
It can thrive in varying conditions from the cooler South Australian regions to the warmer inland regions, but prefers the moderate climates of areas such as Coonawarra and Margaret River.
Winemakers often blend Cabernet Sauvignon with Shiraz and Merlot.
Cabernet Sauvignon produces medium to full bodied wines with firm and structured tannins with intensity, which can vary between regions.

Merlot
Merlot is another popular wine grape variety in Australia that was first planted in the 1960's.
Merlot grows in a variety of climates but thrives in warmer regions.
Merlot can produce wine that is smooth through to more complex wine, and is typically blended with other varieties to produce the much loved Cabernet Merlot . It is typically not as bold as other reds, displaying flavours of berries and plum.
Shiraz
Pairs with red meat such beef, lamb, and venison. Firm and aged cheeses.


Cabernet Sauvignon
Pairs with grilled steak, lamp chops, venison. Firm and aged cheeses and olive tapenade.
Merlot
Pairs with duck, pork sausages, meat pasta dishes, casseroles and cured meats. Some seafood such as salmon, prawns and tuna.
